Who receives each payment?
- PriumCare service fees
- Pay PriumCare only through its official corporate Alipay account, using the verified payment QR sent by our team in WhatsApp after you accept the formal quote. Never pay PriumCare fees to a personal account.
- Hospital and medical fees
- Pay the medical provider directly for examinations, treatment and medicines. These are separate from PriumCare service fees.
- Care Starter registration only
- PriumCare collects this separately at the hospital's actual price, without markup, and pays it to the hospital.
- Standalone accompaniment
- The independent companion quotes, confirms the payment method and receives payment directly. This is separate from PriumCare company fees; accompaniment included in a PriumCare package is paid to PriumCare.

How payment works
PriumCare service fees are paid in full in CNY via our official Alipay QR in your WhatsApp chat. Care Starter registration is collected separately at cost by PriumCare and paid to the hospital; other hospital fees are paid directly.

After you accept, we send our official Alipay payment QR image in the same chat. Save it and scan it from your photo album in Alipay.

Pay and send the receipt
Pay the service fee in full in CNY and send a receipt screenshot. Our team verifies the payment manually and confirms in the chat. Before service starts, we send the service agreement and informed consent and confirm them by email.

Pay hospital fees at the hospital
Hospital fees follow hospital prices. Care Starter registration is collected separately at cost by PriumCare and paid to the hospital; other hospital fees are paid directly. Alipay and WeChat Pay help with hospital and everyday merchant payments, separate from Alipay payments to PriumCare.

Payment method
Service fees are paid in full in CNY through Alipay: after you accept a formal quote, we send our official Alipay QR in your WhatsApp chat. Alipay works with Visa, Mastercard and other international cards once linked in the app.
What the price covers
For Care Starter only, PriumCare collects hospital registration separately at the hospital's actual price, without markup, and pays it to the hospital. Other hospital and third-party fees are paid directly. Alipay payments to PriumCare cover the confirmed scope; this Alipay and WeChat Pay guide also covers hospitals and everyday merchants.
Terms and consent
Before service starts, we send the service agreement and informed consent and confirm them with you by email.
Anything beyond the package
Extra translation pages, extra escort time or urgent requests are priced at the published rates or quoted by our team before work starts.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for each service are set out in your formal quote and in the service agreement we send before service starts. Hospital fees follow the hospital's own policy.
Our relationships with institutions
We have cooperation arrangements with some institutions and may receive referral fees. Recommendations are based on your needs, and you can ask us in writing whether a recommended institution is a partner.
